Orders & Payment

All products are handcrafted and shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Webster, Texas, United States to your delivery address. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Your order may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes in your country, which are your sole responsibility

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for you based on the details provided at checkout.

  • WoolFeltCo is not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer
