All WoolFeltCo products are handmade using natural wool felt materials by skilled artisans in Jaipur, India. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, there may be minor natural variations in color, size, texture, and finish between individual items. These variations are not defects — they are characteristics of genuine handmade artisan goods. 

Product images on our website are as accurate as possible. Slight color differences may occur due to individual monitor or screen display settings. 

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion. 

 

Pricing & Accuracy 

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice. 

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price and will notify you promptly. 

 

Orders & Payment 

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed product(s) at the displayed price. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us. 

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay. 

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your full card details on our servers. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure of payment authorization. 

 

Shipping & International Orders 

All products are handcrafted and shipped directly from our production facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India to your delivery address. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that: 

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control 

  • Your order may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes in your country, which are your sole responsibility 

  • WoolFeltCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in any country

Custom & Personalized Orders 

Custom and personalized orders are created specifically for you based on the details provided at checkout. 

  • Please carefully review all personalization details — including names, spellings, colors, and quantities — before submitting your order 

  • Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned 

  • WoolFeltCo is not responsible for errors in personalization details provided by the customer

All content on this website — including product photographs, text, logos, brand name, graphics, design elements, and product descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of WoolFeltCo and is protected by applicable US and international copyright and trademark laws.
