Where We Ship From
All WoolFeltCo products are handmade at our production facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India and shipped directly to customers worldwide. Our US office in Webster, Texas handles customer service, business operations, and order support.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Since all orders ship directly from Jaipur, India, packages may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in your country. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country's government are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering to understand any applicable import fees. WoolFeltCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
All shipments include a customs declaration accurately describing the contents and declared value of the package in compliance with international shipping regulations.
Out-of-Stock Items
If you wish to purchase an item that is currently out of stock, please contact us at info@woolfeltco.com and we will provide you with an updated availability and dispatch estimate.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@woolfeltco.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
