Refund policy

We accept replacement requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@woolfeltco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • Custom and personalized orders (such as custom name garlands) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color variation due to screen differences.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
  • For approved damaged or defective item claims, WoolFeltCo will cover the cost of returning the item.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email info@woolfeltco.com with your order number as soon as possible. Custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
